Marcia Trokhan
Marcia is a business consultant with over thirty years of experience in training, group facilitation, and program development. Starting her career as a Business Education Teacher in Pennsylvania, Marcia and her husband have been in the Cincinnati area since 1972.
Currently, Marcia's work is focused on training for GE Aviation and for Procter & Gamble, where she facilitates Leadership Development Training. Her work with those companies serves both the Cincinnati market and the facilities they each have abroad. Facilitating course work in Europe and Asia as well as North America, Marcia has provided a thread of continuity for co-located workgroups. She also has provided training for companies restructuring and in closure, and does Career Development work with groups. Negotiation Skills, Performance Management, Conflict Resolution and other behavior modification coaching sessions have been a part of her background.
